Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, including tracking leads and opportunities, and identify and prospect for new clients
  • Develop business proposals and presentations to pitch services to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, including sales forecasts, revenue projections, and other metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, including understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years of B2B business development and/or account management experience
  • Organized, great at multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid professional and great work ethics

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base salary of $45-$50k plus commissions.
