About Us
Eben Home is the leading project management and procurement platform for design professionals. We currently support over 2500 professionals (architects, decorators, design offices, hoteliers, retailers…) and collaborate with over 300 high-end furniture, lighting, and decoration brands. Our technology is at the heart of what we do: 🧠 it simplifies sourcing, project management, and order tracking, ⚡ and allows our users to close deals faster, with less administrative work and more added value.
Our ambition: to become the reference tool for design professionals in Europe.
Your Mission
You will be the right-hand person to our professional clients on a daily basis. Your role: ensure that every architect, decorator, or hotelier who joins Eben gets the most out of it, on each of their projects - and that they return for the next one.
Your Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and make them autonomous on the platform
- Follow your portfolio daily: ongoing projects, orders, friction points
- Animate customer relations: regular calls, showroom visits, support on key projects
- Identify expansion opportunities (new projects, new users, new brands)
- Coordinate with Ops teams on order tracking, deadlines, and deliveries
- Gather feedback from the field and report it to the Product & Tech teams
- Keep the CRM up to date and track key indicators (activation, NPS, expansion)
Profile Sought
- Student in business school, communication, or with a design/architecture/decoration sensibility
- You want to learn B2B customer relationship management in a demanding and stimulating environment
- Bilingual French / English
- You are comfortable speaking, you like building relationships and providing long-term support
- You are organized, rigorous, and you like juggling multiple subjects simultaneously
- An interest in design, architecture, or the furniture world is a real plus
- You want to discover how tech transforms B2B customer relationships
