The Role
We're hiring an Account Executive to own new SIS business across North Jersey — a territory with $20M in TAM, strong reference customers, an existing pipeline, and real urgency from an ongoing NJDOE state reporting transition.
You'll sell to superintendents and district leaders, run full-cycle deals ($20K–$100K+), and grow accounts across our product catalog. Base is $90K with OTE of $130K–$160K in Year 2, plus a non-recoverable ramp bridge to support early pipeline building.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of SaaS sales experience
- Comfort with long-cycle enterprise deals
- Hunter mentality
- NJ location strongly preferred
