Account Executive Large Accounts
Figures
About the role
About the Role
As our first Account Executive Large Accounts in the French market, you’ll have a key role in designing the future of Figures. Starting almost from scratch, you’ll work closely with Chloé, our Head of Sales, and you’ll have the opportunity to co-build the large accounts strategy with her. A key role in structuring our Enterprise go-to-market in France and accelerating ARR growth.
- High autonomy: you’ll own an account-by-account strategy and co-build enterprise processes with the Head of Sales.
- Visible impact: you’ll run long, high-value cycles, influence the product through customer feedback, and drive strategic growth.
- Early-stage with scale ambition: significant upside (compensation + equity) and cross-functional responsibilities (sales, legal, product, CSM).
We take our “Why so serious?” value seriously, and we are proud to help reduce inequalities by bringing transparency around compensation.
Your Role
Own acquisition, qualification, and closing of Enterprise and Mid-Market opportunities in France, working closely with the Head of Sales, Sales Ops, Product Manager, Legal, and Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed account maps for Mid-Market & Enterprise targets (>1k employees): org charts, stakeholders, business priorities, compensation/HR initiatives, and buying timelines.
- Prospect and qualify strategic accounts through targeted outbound, partnerships, events, and inbound acceleration.
- Lead RFP/RFQ processes: write responses and coordinate internal inputs, while meeting timelines and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Prepare and run sales presentations (demos, PoCs, workshops) tailored to diverse stakeholders (HR, CFO, Legal, IT, BU leaders).
- Manage contract negotiations and legal aspects with external legal support: T&Cs, SLAs, privacy, and data management.
- Orchestrate multi-stakeholder closings: create action plans, align executive sponsors, and follow decision committees.
- Ensure smooth handover and onboarding with Customer Success to secure time-to-value and scale-up.
- Feed Enterprise customer needs into the product roadmap and surface productization opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline, provide reliable forecasts, and regular reporting.

- Sports subscription/allowance. Sport is pretty much anchored in Figures’ values, so we made it part of our perks: 40€ / month, or Gymlib subscription in France.
- Maternity & parental leave: our basis is the French market minimum, but if you’re in a country with better ones, we’ll align your perks on it, hoping that someday we’ll all be aligned to German standards.
- 1-month parental leave for the second parent paid at 100% of the salary.
- 1-month worked part-time (50%) but paid at 100% when returning from maternity leave.
