To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Account Executive – Software for Technical Documentation & Management Systems with immediate effect.

Your Tasks

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new key accounts in the field of Technical Documentation for Medical Devices and IVDs, as well as Quality and Information Management Systems (QMS/ISMS). Your focus will be on complex and strategically relevant customers where individual consulting, structure, and closing strength are crucial. Your field of activity includes the following tasks:

  • Targeted new customer acquisition and prioritization of strategically relevant, complex, and audit-critical customers in the area of Technical Documentation and Quality and Information Management
  • Data-driven market development and feedback integration for targeted approach and relationship management with relevant decision-makers (Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Information Security, Management)
  • Strategic management of complex sales processes through structured needs analysis, tailor-made offer development for key accounts, and active positioning of BAYOOSOFT Themis as a compliance and audit enabler
  • Closing and results-oriented sales management with consistent negotiation, active opportunity and forecast management, and clear goal orientation in new customer business

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex software or IT solutions
  • Experience in dealing with multi-stage, norm- or audit-driven decision-making processes
  • Ability to structure regulatory and organizational requirements and translate them into clear purchasing arguments
  • Experience with structured sales processes (Discovery, Evaluation, Negotiation)
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

You understand complex issues comprehensibly and discuss them specifically at the decision-maker level. You move confidently between technical details and strategic discussions and work independently, reliably, and with high quality. You also have a clear drive to win new customers and successfully close deals.
