About

You support the further expansion of our international new customer business in the area of complex B2B software solutions for industrial companies and retail chains. You identify relevant target customers, professionally approach suitable contact persons, understand their initial situation, and develop qualified sales opportunities from this. Your Tasks

  • Building and developing a qualified new business pipeline
  • Identification, analysis, and prioritization of relevant target companies
  • Research and approach of contact persons at management, specialist, and IT levels
  • Development of personalized initial approaches via LinkedIn, email, telephone, and other channels
  • Preparation and execution of initial meetings with potential new customers
  • Qualification of needs, initial situation, decision structure, timing, and potential
  • Identification of process breaks, variant complexity, and digitalization potential
  • Development of concrete sales opportunities and preparation of further specialist discussions
  • Maintenance of accounts, contacts, activities, and opportunities in the CRM

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B sales, new business sales, or technical solution sales
  • Interest in complex software solutions and complex business processes
  • Ability to familiarize yourself with target customers, industries, processes, and system landscapes
  • Enjoyment of active market development and building new customer relationships
  • Professional demeanor towards management, specialist departments, and IT
  • Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
  • Good communication skills in German and English

Advantageous

  • Experience with CPQ, ERP, CAD, PLM, Engineering Software, Retail Technology, or digitalization projects
  • Understanding of processes in industry, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, shop fitting, or retail
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or comparable tools
  • French or Italian language skills
