We are actively searching for a dynamic Account Executive to enhance our sales efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire sales cycle while focusing on both new business development and nurturing existing customer relationships. Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Grow and develop existing customer accounts while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Create and implement territory sales plans that align with corporate and regional objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and identify potential growth avenues.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and call reports.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to architects, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Operations Leaders on project planning and execution.
  • Assist with account collections when required.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of outside sales experience, particularly in the architectural glass industry, or relevant project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation and influence techniques.
  • Results-oriented mindset capable of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Professional handling of confidential information.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
