Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence across the Maritimes region (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island).

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment and enjoys building strong client relationships while developing new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads across the Maritimes
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand client needs and project requirements
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and project solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments within the region

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience (construction, industrial, or coatings industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the Maritimes region
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Assets

  • Experience in polymer coatings, concrete restoration, or industrial services
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person client engagement
  • Technical understanding of construction or flooring systems
  • Existing network within the construction or industrial sectors in the Maritimes
