Our 250‑strong team spans media, creative and communications, operating from hubs in London, Cardiff, Sheffield and the UAE. Our MENA team works with leading government entities, health organisations, consumer brands and corporate / B2B clients, delivering integrated campaigns that shape reputation, influence behaviour and drive results.
We’re now opening the door to talented Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to join our UAE offices in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Think of this as an opportunity to grow with us, and for us to discover the next generation of talent shaping the market.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Supporting and managing social media accounts across government, health, consumer and corporate clients
- Assisting in the planning, scheduling and publishing of content across key platforms
- Working with internal teams to translate ideas into social‑first content
- Supporting community management, social listening and reporting
- Helping deliver always‑on content calendars and campaign bursts
- Tracking performance and contributing to insights and reporting
- Supporting client communication and day‑to‑day social media coordination

💼 What You Bring
- Experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in‑house)
- Exposure to government, health, consumer brands or corporate / B2B is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working across multiple accounts and deadlines
- A natural interest in content, trends and platform behaviour
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Arabic or English, both are welcome. Platform expertise matters more.
