About the Role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to lead referral growth for specialty and home infusion services across the Inland Empire. This is a territory-focused role centered on developing provider relationships, generating referrals, and expanding patient access to care. This position offers a high degree of autonomy and is best suited for individuals who take ownership of their performance, operate independently, and are motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand referral relationships with physicians, specialists, discharge planners, and healthcare organizations
  • Drive growth in high-value therapies including IVIG, biologics, etc.
  • Educate providers on home infusion and infusion suite services, including care coordination and reimbursement support
  • Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to support complex patient cases and ensure seamless onboarding
  • Execute a territory strategy and consistently grow referral volume
  • Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and opportunities using CRM tools

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, infusion services, specialty pharmacy, or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or referral growth targets
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence provider decision-making
  • High level of self-motivation and accountability in a field-based role
  • Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments, including reimbursement and care coordination

Preferred

  • RN or clinical background
  • Infusion therapy, biologics, or specialty pharmacy experience
  • Experience building or expanding a new territory

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

  • OTE is driven by patient volume and therapy mix, with higher earnings tied to high-impact specialty therapies. Strong performers may exceed $200K+ annually, with top performers having the potential to reach $300K+ as their territory matures. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance and territory development.
