Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Here's what awaits you:

  • Actively prospect healthcare facilities in France (hospitals, clinics) via calling and mailing
  • Conduct solution demonstrations to prospects
  • Manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders (management, technical managers, financial decision-makers)
  • Map your prospects, log your transactions in the CRM, and organize your pipeline
  • Achieve your objectives: sign 5 to 7 new clients per month
  • Contribute to our overall annual revenue goal of €1.4M

You will have access to a database of 700+ prospects and a pipeline to build autonomously. It's up to you to close opportunities and turn this pool into clients. After signing, you will hand over to our Account Management team.

Profile

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with at least one significant validated experience as an AE managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.

What will make the difference:

  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales
  • Autonomy and proactivity in prospecting (you know how to organize your campaigns)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and modern sales techniques

In terms of soft skills, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Structured and organized to manage their pipeline effectively
  • Persistent in the face of long sales cycles (6-9 months)
  • Passionate about environmental and health issues
  • Comfortable in a dynamic and agile startup environment

Salary and Benefits
