About the Role
This is a full-cycle sales role focused on helping businesses identify, qualify for, and monetize a broad range of tax incentives and credits, including (but not limited to) R&D credits incentives, and other federal and state programs. You will work directly with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders in a consultative, value-driven sales process.
Join a fun, collaborative team with a hybrid work schedule (Tuesday & Thursday in office) and make a real impact supporting innovation and funding across the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Educate founders, CFOs, and finance leaders on available tax incentives and funding opportunities
- Identify qualified opportunities and collaborate with internal tax/technical teams
- Build and manage a strong pipeline and mid-market clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
What Experience You Need
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (tax, financial services, or consultative sales preferred)
- A proven closer with a history of winning clients, exceeding targets
- Comfortable selling to senior decision-makers (CFO, Founder, Controller)
- Strong communication, discovery, and closing skills
