In a context of international expansion, they are recruiting an Account Executive to launch and develop the UK market, in direct liaison with the CEO.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, on strategic accounts (Key Accounts).
Your objective: develop the solution's presence in the UK market by targeting high-potential restaurant groups.
Missions
Commercial Development (40%)
- Deploy the B2B acquisition strategy on key accounts
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Conduct prospecting actions (cold call, outbound, campaigns)
- Maintain active monitoring of the UK market
Sales Cycle & Closing (30%)
- Understand prospects' business challenges
- Conduct product demos (45min to 1h)
- Manage negotiations and secure deals
- Implement effective follow-up strategies
Client Onboarding (15%)
- Support clients in deploying the solution
- Configure the tool and lead kick-offs
- Share best practices and ensure handover with CSMs
Continuous Improvement (15%)
- Participate in optimizing Sales processes
- Contribute to structuring international expansion
Environment & tools: Salesforce, Aircall, Kaspr, Modjo, Slack, Notion
Contract Details
- CDI – full-time
- Location: Paris (2nd arrondissement)
- Remote work: 2 days / week
- Compensation: €50K + €35K uncapped + BSPCE
Profile Sought
The Profile
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales with complex sales cycles
- Native or bilingual English + good level of French
- Strong interest in foodtech / restaurants
- Experience in the UK market or internationally is a plus
- Ability to manage a complete sales cycle autonomously
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity, and initiative
- High adaptability in a growing environment
