The Opportunity

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Erie or Pittsburgh area to effectively serve the corresponding sales market. A company vehicle will be provided.
  • Drive vehicle remarketing fee revenue growth within your territory to meet sales targets.
  • Expand the dealer network by equipping, training, and coaching dealerships on utilizing our online remarketing platform, SmartAuction.
  • Conduct daily in-person visits with customers across your assigned territory to enhance engagement and utilization.
  • Participate in dealer meetings, conventions, trade shows, and special projects as assigned.

The Work Itself

  • Enhance the buying and selling of used vehicles through SmartAuction.
  • Train and support dealership customers in using SmartAuction effectively.
  • Facilitate introductions, onboarding, and sales support for new dealers.
  • Keep dealers informed of current promotions and incentives to enhance sales.
  • Daily in-person contact with dealer customers is essential.
  • Lead or assist with Zoom or in-person training sessions as required.

The Skills You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Experience in vehicle remarketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide expert advice and direction in key areas.
  • Utilize technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive results.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Demonstrated direct selling skills suitable for a commission-based structure.
