Responsibilities

Sales of our master data, product data management, and product marketing software solutions with a focus on:

  • Acquiring new key accounts.
  • You identify, pursue, and develop enterprise leads generated through various methods to a successful conclusion through your networking.
  • With your enterprise sales experience (partially complex buying centers/multi-decision-maker teams on the customer side, customer annual revenues > €100 million p.a.), you regularly convert potential customers along the customer journey into key accounts.
  • Based on your analyses of provided specifications and requirement profiles, you develop solution concepts that are optimally tailored to customer processes and business workflows.
  • You negotiate contracts, terms, and price agreements with potential customers while effectively closing sales to achieve your revenue targets.
  • You work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Pre-Sales Consulting, and Product Development, as well as external implementation partners (consulting firms, system integrators) to strategically orchestrate resources and ensure seamless communication regarding the fulfillment of customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or similar degree, ideally with a focus on both business administration and technical subjects.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and proven success in generating business deals in enterprise software sales, preferably with globally operating, sales-oriented software vendors.
  • You are confident and convincing in both fluent German and English at the decision-maker level. You are very familiar with complex buying centers on the customer side.
  • You combine analytical thinking, healthy self-confidence with great, self-motivated determination, and a joy for success.
  • You are driven by a strong will and readiness to network within the relevant community and to continuously build and expand your own sales network.
  • You stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to remain competitive and effectively meet customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region is expected.
