Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, presenting solutions to potential customers, managing client accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. The role will involve consistent communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings to engage with clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills for building enduring client relationships
- Knowledge of IT services such as software development, app making, and cloud computing
- Proficiency in basic sales tools, CRM software, and MS Office applications
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous sales experience in IT or technology sectors preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred
