Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Account Lead Intern at SheGaze Media Inc. The intern will assist with client account management, support media outreach efforts, and help coordinate communication strategies. Daily tasks may include conducting market research, tracking media coverage, preparing reports, and assisting in the creation of messaging materials. The intern will also collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and client needs while gaining hands-on experience in public relations and media strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
• Knowledge of media relations, corporate communications, and messaging
• Experience with research and analysis to support marketing and PR strategies
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with digital tools such as content management systems or project management software is a plus
• A passion for purpose-driven initiatives and supporting women-led organizations
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
