To expand our growing team, we are creating a new position in field sales and are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and multilingual personality.

Your Responsibilities

In this newly created role, you will directly support our long-standing customers throughout Switzerland on-site and actively acquire new customers.

• As a multilingual contact person, you will be active in the B2B environment and sustainably expand existing customer relationships.
• You will present and explain new products from our range of over 120 brands directly at the POS.
• You will take inquiries and orders and competently answer all range and product questions.
• You will check and accompany new customer registrations.
• You will represent our company at trade fairs and at our own in-house exhibition.
• You will conduct product and sales training.
• A well-coordinated internal team will support you reliably.

This function combines customer relationships, consulting, communication, and product expertise – ideal for a service-oriented personality who enjoys being on the road.

Your Profile

• Commercial apprenticeship and at least 5 years of professional experience in field sales, ideally in the textile or consumer goods industry.
• Very good French and English skills in speaking and writing; Italian skills are an advantage; fluent German is a prerequisite.
• Enjoyment of nationwide travel (approx. 4 days per week) and multilingual customer contact.
• Confident handling of MS Office; experience with an ERP system.
• Trustworthy, structured, and independent way of working with team spirit, loyalty, and a high service orientation.
