In this role, you have the opportunity to actively drive the HealthSystems portfolio in Acute Care Informatics, strategically expand customer relationships, and successfully close new business opportunities – from opportunity to negotiation, always with a clear focus on revenue, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
For the following topics, you will be responsible:
- The HealthSystems portfolio in Acute Care Informatics
- Equipment/products, software, customer service, and other services and solutions
- Building and solidifying customer relationships in coordination with other roles/functions (regular customer interaction) in line with the co-created sales strategy
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities and qualifying them in coordination with the Key Account Manager
- Accurately representing the funnel in the Customer Relationship Management tool (SFDC)
- Creating customer-oriented offers (configuration and price) involving the Customer Service Specialist and other specialists if applicable
- Presenting offers and conducting negotiations (together with the Key Account Manager or alone)
- Renewing and expanding existing customer relationships with the goal of concluding long-term (framework) agreements
- Organizing product demonstrations and reference visits
- Regularly observing the competition and industry changes and providing effective feedback to the Business Unit
In addition, you are responsible for (area-specific):
- Order Intake & Sales of solutions
- Data quality in SFDC & Forecast Accuracy
- Customer satisfaction (NPS) – response rate & result
- Share of Wallet (SoW)
- Price realization for equipment/products and customer service
About the Team
You are part of:

- The sales organization of Philips HealthSystems in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and the districts of Austria and Switzerland (Alps). You report to the Sales Leader Alps.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you need the following knowledge and experience:
- Proven sales skills in identifying, managing, and closing deals
- Experience in Medical IT
- 3-5 years of experience in solution-oriented sales of Healthcare IT
- Good IT knowledge, deep understanding of hospital/practice workflows, and moderate knowledge of the healthcare system in general
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Customer-oriented, empathetic action with a high degree of self-organization and problem-solving skills
- Confident in advising customers based on their needs
- Take personal responsibility for achieving (team) results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and strong persuasive power ('love' for the product)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and high IT affinity
- Willingness to travel (Austria & Switzerland), ideally residing in the greater Vienna area

Salary Information
The collective minimum wage is ‰ 66,676.26 gross annually, with a willingness to pay more. The actual annual target income is market-conform and will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
