About the Role

Do you want to grow into a trusted relationship manager who supports clients on their digital asset journey — from onboarding to transaction support to spotting new opportunities?
If yes, then this is your moment: Sygnum Spark is looking for an ambitious and client‑obsessed Account Manager to strengthen our fast‑growing team in Zurich.
What You’ll Take Ownership Of
- Build and grow strong relationships with affluent private clients and support their engagement across Sygnum’s offerings.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings — always with a solution‑oriented, client‑first mindset.
- Manage and execute fiat and digital asset transactions, including post‑transaction AML monitoring.
- Lead the onboarding process together with Legal & Compliance, Operations, and external partners.
- Keep our CRM up‑to‑date, ensuring clean, accurate data across all client interactions.
- With our support, develop an expert‑level understanding of the crypto landscape — from market trends and regulatory updates to Sygnum’s product strengths — while building a solid professional network.
Our Ideal Candidate
You’re a great fit if you are…
- A people‑person with a strong desire to grow in relationship management and business development.
- Bringing 1–2 years of experience in client servicing or customer care (private or institutional clients) within a financial institution or a similar environment.
- A positive, proactive, can‑do team player with exceptional attention to detail and a hands‑on mentality.
- Curious and motivated to deep‑dive into the Digital Asset world, learning our products and services in depth.
- Goal‑oriented and entrepreneurial, able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
- Experienced in client onboarding (private clients or legal entities) and familiar with Swiss banking regulations — especially CDB 20 (a strong plus).
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a great advantage.
