Responsibilities
- Strategic development and management of existing key accounts, particularly in the IT sector, with a focus on long-term customer loyalty and revenue growth.
- Active acquisition of new customers, utilization of partner leads, and targeted market outreach.
- Sales of the entire portfolio, from IT security and infrastructure to collaboration solutions, across technologies and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaboration with Inside Sales for lead qualification, offer support, and efficient management of the sales process.
- Goal-oriented management of sales activities with a focus on incoming orders, contribution margin, and new customer targets.
- Market observation and identification of growth opportunities, especially in the areas of Security, AI, and Cloud/Cisco.
- Entrepreneurial action with a clear focus on profitability, customer loyalty, and sustainable business relationships.
- Regular reporting to sales management and close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Representing the company to customers, at events, and in the industry with a professional and convincing demeanor.
Requirements
- Experience in selling IT solutions.
- Technical understanding with a focus on Cisco (infrastructure, security, collaboration) or other manufacturer solutions like Fortinet, Palo Alto, or comparable security products.
- Strong sales mentality: driven, success-oriented, and motivated by high variable compensation.
- Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, and professional.
- Perfect German language skills in speaking and writing (English skills are an advantage but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in IT sales.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Goal-driven, strong communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Enjoyment in successfully marketing complex solutions.
