We are looking for a highly organized, customer-facing Account Manager and CSM/Project Manager to oversee onboarding, service delivery, and long-term customer success.
What You’ll Do
• Lead onboarding for new licensing, support, and services customers
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and serve as primary point of contact
• Coordinate and track service delivery with internal RabbitMQ SMEs
• Run weekly stakeholder calls and engagement updates
• Manage support customers, SLAs, escalations, and renewals
• Oversee delivery timelines, customer issues, and project outcomes
• Keep client records, engagement notes, and pipeline updates organized
