Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Allaman for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and developing strategies to grow the partnership. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. The Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT management and security solutions that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales or IT advisory, project management
• Client Relationship Management and Account Development skills
• Business Development and Negotiation skills to expand client portfolios and secure new opportunities
• Understanding of IT Management, Security Solutions, and Strategic IT Planning
• Effective Communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into client-focused proposals
• Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking to identify and address client needs effectively
• Experience with customer success software is an advantage
• French and English is required
