Overview
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Inside and Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right applicant. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. In addition, you will be responsible for receiving and fulfilling orders for our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and direct outreach to generate leads.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Generate and fulfil orders for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
