Account Manager

The company Stutzer Service AG is involved in the worldwide import and trade of food products. Our company focuses primarily on the import of products from the Asian and Mediterranean regions and their distribution throughout Switzerland.

To complement our field sales team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual for our company headquarters in Fahrweid, effective immediately or by appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Self-employed and flawless processing and organization within your own area of responsibility
• Maintenance and expansion of HORECA customers in the Eastern Switzerland region
• Active sales and assortment expansion
• Acquisition of new customers
• Monitoring, optimization of customer-specific sales figures and identification and implementation of measures with customers
• Independent preparation and execution of offers and negotiations
• Monitoring of customer needs, forecasts and supply chain approaches in cooperation with the supervisor
• Receipt of product and assortment inquiries
• Creation and maintenance of price lists
• Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
• Creation and evaluation of sales and turnover statistics
• Participation in process optimization and development of solutions for customer problems

Expectations:

• Commercial or gastronomic basic training (EFZ) mandatory
• Professional experience in sales
• Fluent German, other languages desirable
• Very good MS Office and IT skills
• Structured personality, strong communication skills and healthy assertiveness
• Expeditious, independent and service-oriented way of working
• A driving license category B
• Networked thinking
