Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager position located in Bhopal. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, monitoring sales performance, coordinating with internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to client retention strategies. Regular reporting, maintaining account data, and assisting in the identification of new business opportunities are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
