Account Manager- Bilingual
The LMB Marketing Group
About the role
Bilingual Part-Time | Contract | Hybrid – Orlando, FL | Hourly, Commensurate with Experience
WHO WE ARE
The LMB Marketing Group is a digital marketing agency built on one principle: Build marketing that works.
We're data-driven, and refreshingly honest — no vanity metrics, no long-term contracts. We work with clients in healthcare, automotive, legal, retail and home services, and we treat their budgets like our own.
We're a lean, sharp team. Everyone owns their work. We move fast, tell the truth, and deliver results clients can actually see.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a warm, sharp, self-directed Account Manager to join our team as an integrated part-time contractor to begin, as this role will turn to full time over time.
At our agency client relationships aren't a checkbox — they're the foundation of everything we do. You'll be the consistent, trusted presence our clients hear from regularly, the person who knows their business, remembers what matters to them, and makes them feel genuinely taken care of.
Day-to-day, that means owning a portfolio of existing accounts, keeping things moving, catching problems before they become fires, and communicating performance in a way that actually makes sense to the people receiving it. But beyond the logistics, it means building real relationships — the kind where clients want to call you, not dread it.
This isn't a hand-holding role and it isn't a task-execution role. You'll report to our Client Success Manager and be expected to think, anticipate, and act. You bring the initiative. We'll bring the support.
If you've worked in an agency, understand digital marketing, genuinely enjoy people, and know how to make a client feel like your most important one — keep reading.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own client relationships across a portfolio of existing accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication
- Keep projects on track between clients and internal teams
- Report on performance clearly — no jargon, no fluff, just what the numbers mean
- Identify natural upsell opportunities and surface them with confidence (good timing and good judgment, not a hard sell)
- Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems
- Use AI tools to streamline your work and stay ahead of your accounts
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Working knowledge of digital marketing — paid media, SEO, social, or a solid mix
- Comfortable reading performance data and translating it into plain English for clients
- Light sales instincts — you can spot an opportunity and bring it up naturally
- Strong communicator, written and verbal — clear, warm, and direct
- Organized and proactive with the ability to work independently between check-ins
- AI literacy — you know how to use AI tools and prompting to work smarter, not just faster, you know how to properly prompt to use AI as a tool
TOOLS YOU'LL USE
Non-Negotiable
- HubSpot — CRM, client communication,
- Google Workspace — Gmail, Drive, Docs (daily ops)
- Notion — internal documentation and project management
- Agency Analytics – Reporting and campaign review
- AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar (basic prompting required)
Nice to Have
- Metricool — social media reporting
- Canva — light creative and client-facing assets
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) — enough to read results intelligently
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
We'd rather be upfront than waste your time or ours. This role is not a fit if you:
- Need constant direction to know what to do next
- Wait for clients to reach out instead of staying ahead of them
- Lead with impressions and follower counts instead of ROI
- Tell clients what they want to hear instead of what's true
- Think AI tools are a fad — or just aren't curious about them
- Default to "that's not my job" when something needs to get done
THE LOGISTICS
- Part-time to start — hours based on client load
- Contract role with real potential to grow
- Hybrid — in-office as needed for the team; primarily remote
- Hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
- Based in or near the Orlando, FL area
APPLICATION
To apply, send your resume and a brief note on why this role fits where you are right now. No cover letter templates. Just tell us what you'd bring.
