For our client, we are currently recruiting an:
ACCOUNT MANAGER - European Distributors
Reporting to the Distribution Sales Manager based in France, you will manage a strategic portfolio of distributors across Europe. As a true business partner, you will develop commercial relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure excellent execution in your markets. Your main responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of about twenty distributors in Europe
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage business performance (revenue, margins, forecasts)
- Support product launches and ensure brand visibility in the markets
- Coordinate internal teams (Supply, Finance, Brand, Customer Service) to ensure a high level of service
- Identify new partners and contribute to the expansion of the distribution network in Europe.
Your Profile
- Higher education (business school, marketing...) with a strong interest in business development.
- Approximately 2 to 5 years of successful experience in key account management or consumer goods sales.
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong results orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders autonomously.
- Very good analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English is essential; another European language is a plus.
- Strong intercultural sensitivity.
- Interest in sports and performance.
- This position is based in Limay (78) with monthly travel in Europe.
