About Your Role

You are the central interface between us and our customers, ensuring long-term, successful collaboration. Your main tasks include:

• Support and expansion of an existing customer base in the IT sector
• Identification of customer needs and development of suitable solution approaches
• Creation of offers and negotiation of conditions
• Active sales promotion and achievement of sales targets
• Close cooperation with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and logistics
• Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Market and competitor observation as well as identification of new business opportunities

What You Need to Succeed

• A business administration education or further training, as well as experience in sales or customer management
• Proactivity, independence, and networked thinking
• Experience in the IT environment is an advantage
• A communicative and team-oriented personality who enjoys building relationships
• Very good German and Italian language skills, both written and spoken; English skills round off your profile
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to support customers on-site
• Organizational talent, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility
