About the role
Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious Business, Marketing, and Communications candidates to join our firm as Entry Level Account Managers. In this role, you will act as a primary brand liaison for AT&T within our premier retail partnerships, including Target and Walmart. This is a performance-driven position focused on customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and territory management.
We prioritize candidates with a strong academic background in business-related fields who are looking to apply their theoretical knowledge to a high-growth, fast-paced commercial environment.
Compensation & Professional Benefits
- Annual OTE (On-Target Earnings): $55,000 – $75,000 (Competitive Base + Uncapped Incentive Structure).

Core Responsibilities
- Account Management: Drive AT&T’s market share by executing localized sales strategies within assigned retail territories.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct needs-based assessments for consumers to provide tailored wireless and home entertainment solutions.
- Brand Representation: Maintain the highest professional standards while representing a global leader in telecommunications.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor daily sales KPIs and contribute to team strategy sessions during morning huddles.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred.
