Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the Position

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our med spa clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. You will be building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships as you help them grow their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing strategies and marketing plans for our med spa clients
• Set objectives and KPI’s to help our clients grow their leads/sales/brand awareness
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the med spa industry and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that include Google and Meta advertising campaigns, social media content, funnels, email sequences, and other related tactics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of client communication and ensuring client satisfaction
• Use and have a strong understanding of various marketing software tools such as Go High Level, HubSpot, and Mailchimp
• Manage projects to ensure that all deliverables are completed accurately and on time by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a strong rapport with clients to understand their needs and to deliver successful outcomes
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed to ensure campaign goals are met or exceeded
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects
• Attend industry events, networking events, and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and expand your network

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency or related field
• Experience in the aesthetics/wellness/med spa industry
• Effective team management: ability to work with creative team of designers, developers, writers, and advertising managers to get marketing campaigns executed
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, email marketing, and other related marketing technologies
• Experience working with a remote team and ability to use remote work tools such as Slack, Google Meet, ClickUp or similar project management software
• Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for the marketing industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
