About the role
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and dormant Charity/ NFP clients in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and help our clients with their time sensitive and immediate needs.
Responsibilities • Reach out to 5 years of dormant clients and find current contact and educate on how you can help them. • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs and find out who else in their network needs our help too? • Ensure our CRM system is fully filled out and updated properly • write quotes/ orders and follow them thru to delivery to ensure clients get what they need. • contact your clients monthly to see how you can help them. • identify other agencies that need your help.
Qualifications • Previous account management experience • Must be extremely empathic and caring • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role with above average communication skills (we love the phone) • Willingness and ability to over communicate and ask questions and be curious • Have a background with charities/NFP's and /or volunteer
