American Consumer Shows (ACS) is looking for an Account Manager who can combine strong phone sales ability with excellent customer service.

In this role, you will speak with exhibitors across the country, renew booth space for upcoming events, address concerns, solve problems, and help clients feel confident continuing their partnership with ACS. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who is comfortable spending the day on the phone, making 80–100+ calls, and balancing sales performance with a high level of service.

Established in 1979, ACS is the nation’s leading producer of consumer shows in the wedding and home improvement industries, producing 250+ events annually.

Compensation

• Starting compensation of $60,000
• $2,500 raise after 90 days
• $2,500 raise after 180 days
• Opportunity to reach $100,000+

Key Responsibilities

• Contact exhibitors by phone to renew booth space for upcoming events
• Address objections, concerns, and questions with professionalism and urgency
• Deliver excellent customer service while driving revenue retention
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay organized while managing a high volume of outbound activity

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside sales or account renewal experience
• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
• Comfortable making 80–100+ outbound calls daily
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Able to work efficiently in a remote environment with multiple monitors
• Prior remote work experience preferred
