Currently, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our internal team.
What You’ll Do as an Account Manager
- No cold calling required — our dedicated sales team handles business development.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Take in new job orders, relay them to the recruitment team, and partner with recruiters to find top talent.
- Guide candidates through openings, interview processes, and negotiate offers to close placements.
- Own your accounts, prioritize your client relationships, and run your desk with autonomy. Creativity and innovation are encouraged
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of recruiting firm experience.
- 1+ years in account or client management.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with C-level executives.
- Negotiation savvy and confidence in closing deals.
- People-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Compensation: Base + Commission (Avg. earnings: $75K–$135K in year 1; $125K–$150K in year 2; $150K–$200K+ by year 3). Base salary starts around $60K–$70K.

Requirements
- 1+ years of recruiting firm experience.
