Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for new customer acquisition in the Chiemgau, Lower Bavaria, and Upper Palatinate regions.
• You actively sell our services in the areas of occupational medicine, safety technology, and health management.
• You advise and support companies from various industries and continuously expand our customer base.
• You create offers and negotiate contracts at all hierarchical levels.
• You actively participate in the design of sales concepts and sales promotion measures.
• You work in close exchange with the management of sales and account management, the regional sales team, and colleagues from our health centers.

Your Qualifications

• You have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
• You are experienced and successful in selling complex service products.
• You ideally have prior experience in the healthcare industry.
• You think economically and confidently apply strategies for efficient cross-selling.
• You are enthusiastic, sociable, and convince with your strong consulting skills and initiative.
• You understand the needs of our customers and advise accordingly based on our system services.
