Responsibilities

You are the central interface between us and our customers and ensure a long-term, successful collaboration. Your main tasks include:

• Servicing and expanding an existing customer base in the IT sector
• Identifying customer needs and developing suitable solution approaches
• Creating offers and negotiating conditions
• Active sales promotion and implementation of sales targets
• Close cooperation with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and logistics
• Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
• Market and competitor observation as well as identification of new business opportunities

Qualifications

• A business administration qualification or further training, as well as experience in sales or customer management
• Proactiveness, independence, and networked thinking
• Experience in the IT environment is an advantage
• A communicative and team-oriented personality that enjoys building relationships
• Very good written and spoken German and Italian skills; English skills round off your profile
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to support customers on-site
• Organizational talent, reliability, and a high sense of responsibility
