What You Bring

• A completed degree, preferably in a technical field, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in temporary employment or consulting
• Ideally, experience and contacts in the engineering industry
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• Confident and likeable demeanor
• Structured approach and interest in technical topics

What You Can Expect

• As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development/expansion of our business unit in the sales territory: Frankfurt
• You will be the primary point of contact (m/f/d) for our customers and responsible for acquiring strategic new customers
• Through your sales activities, you will increase the brand awareness of Bertrandt Services GmbH
• Calculating inquiries, preparing offers, and contract negotiations are also among your main tasks
• You will work closely with our group's internal technical departments to offer customer-specific solutions
• The establishment and subsequent leadership of the team, including its management and development, will expand your scope of duties.
