What You'll Achieve as an Account Manager

Customer support, acquisition, and retention
Creation of calculations, offers, and their follow-up
Coordination of order processing and assistance with contract review
Creation of supplier inquiries in cooperation with the purchasing department
Preparation of presentations and support for customer workshops
Participation in commercial and technical feasibility assessments
Participation in budget and sales planning
Documentation and file organization
Sales controlling
Preparation of appointments, trade fairs, and sales exhibitions
Participation in the preparation of management board reporting

What Makes You Shine as an Account Manager

Successfully completed training in a commercial field (e.g., industrial clerk) or successfully completed studies in economics or engineering (Bachelor's degree)
Suitable for career starters with technical understanding
Extensive PC skills (MS Office, ERP system)
Very good English language skills
Good business administration knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High service and customer orientation
Willingness to travel
