Goal of the function:

In this demanding role, your focus is on active hunting – targeted new customer acquisition, the development of new business potentials, and the expansion of existing customers. You act as a central interface between customers, our sales network, and our internal specialists and contribute significantly to profitable growth.

Your Challenge:

  • Proactive new customer acquisition with a clear focus on closing deals
  • Development of new business opportunities and leads
  • Expansion, support, and development of defined existing customers
  • Conducting sales and price negotiations
  • Creation, presentation, and follow-up of offers
  • Close collaboration with vendor specialists and other departments
  • Analysis of market and customer potentials to increase revenue and profitability
  • Maintenance of our CRM and ensuring transparent and precise documentation
  • Identification of cross- and upselling potentials with new and existing customers

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in inside sales or account management in the IT or B2B environment
  • Strong hunter mentality – you actively approach customers and close deals
  • Sound experience in dealing with demanding customers and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high degree of independence
  • Resilient personality with efficient time and priority management
  • Very good German skills; good English skills, French is an advantage
