Position Overview

We are offering an apprenticeship that combines Account Management and Recruitment at our Strasbourg office.

Account Management

• Learn to know your client portfolio.
• Understand client needs to propose tailor‑made solutions.
• Build lasting relationships and defend client interests.

Recruitment

• Source top talent with agility, ensuring fairness and transparency in the selection process.
• Conduct interviews and support candidates with expertise and empathy.
• Promote candidate profiles to clients, acting as their best ally.
• Participate in final negotiations.
