Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager / Recruiter to join launch and lead our Houston team. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people find meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries.
• Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and ensure timely placement of employees.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, placements, and client communications.
• Provide ongoing support to employees, including onboarding and assignment follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment goals and service standards.
• This role is mostly remote but may be required to do client visits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, and working in an agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Houston labor market and industries is a plus.
