About the role

Role Summary • Responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting daily sales operations. The role also involves leading junior sales staff and ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities • Generate leads and convert prospects to customers • Manage and grow existing client accounts • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Develop and implement sales strategies • Prepare proposals and presentations for clients • Maintain accurate records on CRM systems • Lead and support junior sales team members • Work with technical teams to resolve client issues

Key KPIs • Meet monthly sales targets • Acquire new clients consistently • Maintain low client churn • Achieve strong lead conversion rates • Grow revenue from existing clients

Requirements • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND with minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or account management • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office • Experience in ISP/Telecom is an advantage.
