About the Role

This position is within Service Technologies (S-TEC). As a globally active sales and service partner in the automotive after-sales sector, we offer a professional environment within an international company.

In your role as Account Manager – Technical Projects (m/f/d), you are a central point of contact for our international trade and industrial customers. Together with our customers and internal contacts, you will develop individual solutions, coordinate customer-specific projects, and support them from the initial idea to implementation.

Your Tasks

  • Support of trade customers with a focus on the USA and international industrial customers
  • Development of tailor-made technical solutions as well as coordination and support of these projects
  • Interface between customers and internal stakeholders
  • Building long-term customer relationships and active new customer acquisition
  • Preparation, calculation, and follow-up of offers
  • Representing the company at trade fairs and customer appointments
  • Market-oriented pricing and contribution to price list creation
  • Ongoing documentation of sales and project activities
  • Development of new sales concepts and strategies

What we're looking for

  • Completed technical training (HTL and/or university degree) with sound commercial knowledge
  • Experience in technical sales and/or project management, ideally in the automotive/B2B environment
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake international business trips (10%)

Salary Information

The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the metal collective agreement is at least €3,802.93 gross. In addition, we guarantee market-competitive pay depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

This position will be filled through a personnel service provider.
