We’re partnering with a leading retail media organization to hire an Account Manager / Digital Account Strategist to support high-impact advertising programs for top suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work, campaign strategy, and driving measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow supplier advertising campaigns and revenue
- Build strategic media plans aligned to supplier business goals
- Lead campaign kickoffs, performance reviews, and optimization discussions
- Partner with sales, creative, campaign management, and analytics teams
- Provide regular performance insights, reporting, and recommendations
- Support billing accuracy and monthly campaign delivery
- Identify upsell and growth opportunities beyond initial spend
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience managing client relationships in digital advertising or media
- Strong background in media planning and search/retail media optimization
- Detail-oriented project manager who can handle multiple campaigns
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with advertising platforms, analytics, and performance reporting
