About Us

The tecTrain GmbH, with locations in Vienna and Graz, is one of Austria's leading providers of training and further education in IT and business skills. To strengthen our team at the Graz location, we are looking for a full-time employee in sales of training and further education solutions as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Independent and proactive sales work
  • Ongoing support and consultation of existing and new customers
  • Telephone and personal consultation
  • Implementation of outbound sales campaigns
  • Creation and follow-up of sales opportunities, offers, and orders
  • Maintenance and updating of customer data
  • Efficient time and resource management
  • Close cooperation and communication with internal and external contacts

Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Interest in adult education with an IT focus
  • High communication skills and strong customer orientation
  • Confident, competent, and convincing demeanor
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Sound IT knowledge at user level
  • Driving license class B (advantageous)
