Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of experience in account coordination, project management, or packaging program management
- Experience in packaging development, production processes, or working with global suppliers is strongly preferred
- Exposure to luxury retail, fashion brands, and packaging suppliers is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
- Solid understanding of project workflows, timelines, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills, with experience supporting costing, budgets, or financial tracking
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and global stakeholders simultaneously
- Knowledge of global business practices, time zones, and international supplier coordination
- Willingness to travel as required

Job Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
- Serve as a key day-to-day contact supporting client relationships and communications
- Build strong client partnerships and ensure high service levels
- Prepare and deliver updates, reports, and presentations on program status and performance
Program & Project Coordination
- Coordinate packaging programs from development through production and delivery
- Track timelines, milestones, and risks, ensuring on-time execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders
- Communicate program and technical details clearly across all parties
Product Development & Commercial Operations
- Support packaging development from concept to production
- Assist with costing, budgeting, and financial tracking
- Manage purchase orders, sales orders, and program documentation
Supplier Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with global vendors and manufacturing partners to support product sourcing and development.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication with global vendors and manufacturing partners to support sourcing, sampling, development, and production timelines.
- Track supplier deliverables, including samples, pricing, and production schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier information, quotations, and communications.
- Support issue resolution by following up on delays, quality concerns, or logistics challenges, and escalating when needed.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key performance metrics such as timelines, delivery, and service levels, and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and standardization initiatives.
- Support compliance efforts related to packaging regulations and sustainability requirements.
- Participate in special projects and broader team initiatives as needed.
