KEY DUTIES

• Oversee end-to-end sample project delivery, ensuring gross margin targets and high-quality client deliverables are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, troubleshoot live issues, and lead strategically critical projects with full accountability.
• Support sales and onboarding, build client relationships, and mentor team members as regional sampling expert.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years' sampling experience in market research with strong technical, commercial, and project management skills.
• Proactive, solution-focused communicator skilled at building client relationships and consulting across organizational levels.
• Highly organized, data-savvy professional confident in multitasking, time management, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
