We’re a UK cleaning company that focuses on Residential and end-of-tenancy services. We’re looking for a driven Account Sales Executive to join our remote team and help turn enquiries into loyal clients during our busiest days.

Responsibilities

• Take warm leads and turn them into confirmed bookings.
• Build genuine connections with clients and keep them engaged throughout the process.
• Listen to customer needs and suggest the right cleaning solution.
• Keep track of all client interactions in the CRM.
• Hit your sales targets consistently and help the business grow.

Working Hours

• Weekend-focused role covering shifts from either Saturday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Sunday, depending on demand.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, direct sales, or account management.
• Confident, professional English (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently from home.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle rejection positively.
• Own device (laptop/computer), with a dependable fibre or wi‑fi connection of at least 20mbps.
