We’re a well established concrete construction company seeking an experienced Senior Accountant & Office Manager to manage accounting operations with a strong focus on accounts receivable, payroll, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll, payroll taxes and reports
  • Manage accounts receivable, including progress billing, payment applications, and collections
  • Track job costs and assist with project‑related financial reporting
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support month‑end close
  • Maintain accurate, confidential financial and payroll records
  • Oversee daily office operations, vendors, and administrative needs
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and work closely with the Company Controller

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction
  • Hands‑on experience with payroll and accounts receivable
  • Understanding of job costing, progress billing, and retainage
  • Proficient with accounting/payroll software and Excel
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
