Ihre Aufgaben

• Coordination and support of an own client portfolio within the group
• Communication and correspondence with subsidiaries
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Contact person for auditing bodies and coordination of audits
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Support in optimizing accounting processes

Ihr Profil

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further education in accounting (e.g. Fachausweis)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of Abacus
• Knowledge in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Experience in group accounting is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good German language skills, other languages are an advantage
• Flexibility as well as agile and proactive commitment
